Payment Received (Stripe)
Automated: Welcome email + nurture drip at day 1, 3, 7. Client moves to "paid" stage.

Onboarding Survey Submitted
Client fills out intake form. Auto-confirms via email. Appears in "Pending Review" on Overview tab. Target: within 3 days of payment.

Admin Approves → Setup Begins
Review survey data, approve in portal. Agency invite email sent. GHL sub-account created. Target: approve within 2 business days.

If a client replies negatively to their monthly report — escalate to Ty immediately. Do not try to resolve client dissatisfaction without Ty involved.
If any active client has 0 leads in a month — flag for Ty immediately.
If a client has been stuck in setup_in_progress for 14+ days — check health alerts and escalate.
